President Reportedly Ready To Challenge Congress

Climate change, gun control, gay rights, immigration law - those are all expected to be part of the agenda President Barack Obama outlines tomorrow when he delivers the State of the Union address before Congress.

The big question is how to get a divided Congress to go along it.

Democrats close to the president say he's feeling emboldened by his election victory and will use the address to issue a challenge to the Republican party to join him.

White House senior advisor Dan Pfieffer has said that if Congress won't act, the White House will take the actions it can on its own.
