An al-Qaida-linked group is claiming responsibility for a pair of suicide bombs that killed more than 20 people outside the Iranian embassy in Lebanon today.

The bombs targeted the predominantly Shiite area in southern Beirut, a stronghold of the Iranian-backed Hezbollah, the Shiite group that is sending soldiers to fight alongside President Assad's forces in neighboring Syria.
