Last week, lawmakers in Florida approved in-state tuition for undocumented immigrants at Florida colleges and universities. They also rolled back auto registration fees for Florida residents.

Florida's Republican Governor Rick Scott faces a tough reelection battle this fall, and Florida politics watchers say he got everything he wanted going into the legislative session that wrapped up on Friday.

Miami Herald political reporter Marc Caputo joins Here & Now's Robin Young with details.

Correction: This interview left the incorrect impression that Florida expanded Medicaid. Gov. Rick Scott changed his position to support the expansion, but the Florida legislature did not pass it.
