Priest Builds Soccer Stadium In Rural Honduras

Among the teams lining up in Brazil is Honduras, heading to its second straight World Cup appearance.

The poorest country in the Americas after Haiti, with the highest murder rate in the world, Hondurans have a rare chance to rally behind a single cause and celebrate - even if they don't make it past the group stages.

While the country is passionate about its soccer, part of the problem in producing world-class players is a lack of decent facilities.

Now, in a rural town called Juticalpa, the parish priest has taken it upon himself to bring a much-needed sports arena to the region. And take on the town's drug problem in the process.
