Pot Production Lags As Washington Stores Open

As licensed marijuana retailers in Washington State open their doors, their shelves may be partly empty. Marijuana cultivation takes about four months, from the harvest to store shelves.

From the Here & Now Contributors Network, Anna King of the Northwest News Network reports that even the state's largest pot growers don't have enough product right now to meet demand.
