Oregon Election Brings In Washington Heavy Hitters

One of Oregon's two Senate seats is up for grabs in November.

The two front runners, incumbent Democratic Senator Jeff Merkley and Republican hopeful Monica Wehby, have different views on business, trade and government. Each are attracting big donors and support from Washington politicians.

From the Here & Now Contributors Network, Kristian Foden-Vencil of Oregon Public Broadcasting caught up with both candidates and has this report.
