'If You Can't Beat 'Em, Eat 'Em'

International travel and trade has had an unwelcome side effect — the spreading of non-native weeds, pests and animals.

Eradication methods include herbicide spraying, targeted hunting, and hand removal.

And in Oregon recently, about 200 people paid good money to try another invasive species control method: eating them.
