Poems Inspired By Two-Letter Words

Stephin Merritt, the lead singer and songwriter for the indie rock band, The Magnetic Fields, has written a new book of poetry based on the two-letter words that are acceptable in a Scrabble game.

The book is illustrated by Roz Chast, whose cartoons have famously appeared in the New Yorker.

Merritt joins Here & Now's Robin Young to talk about "101 Two-Letter Words" and his collaboration with Chast.
