Buffalo Grapples With Record Snowfall

Officials have confirmed that a 46-year-old man was found inside his car buried in the snow, in the sixth storm-related death in the Buffalo region.

Up to six feet of snow has pounded the city, with more predicted on the way. Governor Andrew Cuomo has declared a state of emergency in several counties.
