In President Obama's State of the Union speech last night, he addressed foreign policy — asking Congress to authorize the use of military force to sustain the fight against ISIS.

He also alluded to Russia's annexation of Crimea, saying big nations can't bully small ones — a comment that drew criticism from Russia's foreign minister Sergei Lavrov. And the president vowed to hunt down terrorists "from Pakistan to Paris."

NPR's Philip Reeves, who is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, joins Here & Now's Robin Young to take a look at the reaction within Pakistan to the president's address.
