New Diplomatic Bid To End Ukraine Fighting

In a new push for peace in eastern Ukraine, the leaders of France and Germany are in Kiev to push a proposal to end the fighting between government forces and pro-Russian separatists in the eastern part of the country.

This comes as the U.S. edges toward offering Ukraine lethal military aid.
