6 Officers Charged In Connection With Freddie Gray's Death
ResumeA Maryland prosecutor says all six of the Baltimore officers involved in the arrest of Freddie Gray are being charged in connection with his death. The charges include second-degree murder, manslaughter and assault. The prosecutor announced today that Gray's death in police custody was a homicide. She also said Gray's arrest was illegal — and that the switchblade that was supposedly found clipped to his pants was in fact a knife that was legal.
