In Baltimore, the Department of Justice has announced a new investigation into whether the city's police engaged in a pattern of unconstitutional practices. The investigation comes after a series of protests and riots brought on by a video of police arresting Freddie Gray.

But what about in other cities, where there are more cellphone, dashcam and security camera videos coming out getting less attention? How are they resonating locally?
