Pioneering Researcher Rejoices Over FDA Trans Fats Order
ResumeFred Kummerow has spent nearly six decades researching the health dangers of artificial trans fats, which the FDA yesterday ordered phased out of foods like microwave popcorn, frozen pizza, cakes, cookies, pie crusts, stick margarine, ready-to-use frosting and coffee creamers.
