New Pew Study Looks At American Catholics

Pew Research Center has released a report detailing how American Catholics view a number of key issues, in anticipation of Pope Francis visiting the White House later this month.

The Pope has made climate change an important aspect of his papacy, yet only about a third of U.S. Catholics view caring for the environment as an important part of their Catholic identity.

Here & Now's Lisa Mullins speaks with Greg Smith, the primary researcher of the study, about other highlights of the research.
