Cities Create New Positions To Deal With Climate Change
ResumeNow that more than 190 countries have agreed to cut greenhouse gas emissions and limit the rise of global temperatures to no more than 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial temperatures over the next several years, the question is: How are they going to do it?
Well, in many cities across the U.S. there are now people charged with both reducing the effects of climate change and, at the same time, preparing for its impact.
