Following the U.S. and Asia, European markets surged today after the Federal Reserve decision to raise interest rates for the first time in nearly 10 years. Not everyone, however, has a bright outlook on that decision.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson checks in the BBC's South American business correspondent, Daniel Gallas, who is in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
