The Associated Press reports that some 5,000 Europeans have gone to Syria to train with ISIS, and several hundred of them are now returning to Europe.

They're trained to commit terrorist attacks in European cities and they're making their own decisions on when and where to commit what European police are calling "special forces-style attacks."
