Hillary Clinton will be campaigning in Delaware Monday, a state where - because the nominations are still up in the air - more presidential candidates than usual have been campaigning this year. Reporter Mark Eichmann of WHYY talks with Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd about how in such a small state, voters value the personal touch with candidates.
