Ticketmaster Settlement's Vouchers And Discounts Cause Headaches

Many Ticketmaster customers have been notified that they are eligible for free concert vouchers or small discounts on tickets. The offers are the result of a Ticketmaster settlement in a class action lawsuit over its fees.

However, the vouchers can only be used at certain times and locations, and the discounts are $2.50 or $5, a fraction of the price of a big-name concert.
