Ahead Of Obama's Visit, Flood Relief Effort Ramps Up In Louisiana

President Barack Obama is scheduled to visit Baton Rouge today to survey the damage from the devastating floods.

NPR's Kirk Siegler, who's driving across the state, checks in with Here & Now's Meghna Chakrabarti about what he is seeing.
