A Tenuous Truce In Syria As Cease-Fire Takes Effect

The U.K.-based monitoring group the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says it has recorded no civilian deaths during the first hours of the cease-fire in Syria.
The truce took effect yesterday, and despite some minor violations, overall it seems to be holding.
