California laws have a tendency to sweep across the country. And this week, Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bevy of bills that may make their way east.

From lifting the statute of limitations on rape to decriminalizing underage prostitution and allowing felons to vote — we review the laws coming out of the California's state house. Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson hears more from Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler.
