Yahoo parent company Verizon announced Tuesday that the massive Yahoo data breach in 2013 was much larger than originally thought, affecting all of Yahoo's 3 billion accounts, including Tumblr and Flickr. The news comes as the controversy continues surrounding another major data breach involving Equifax.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with CBS News' Jill Schlesinger (@jillonmoney), host of "Jill on Money" and the podcast "Better Off," about what this means for consumers and for Yahoo and Verizon.

This segment aired on October 4, 2017.
