21st Century Fox is looking to sell many of its properties to the highest bidder. Disney is first among those poised to snap up the company's holdings. Yet even as the Fox empire shrinks, Rupert Murdoch would still retain Fox News and Fox Sports.

NPR media correspondent David Folkenflik (@davidfolkenflik) speaks with Here & Now's Robin Young about how the move might change the media landscape.

This segment aired on December 6, 2017.
