French Company Buys Westfield Mall Chain In Latest Retail Change-Up

The French company Unibail-Rodamco has agreed to buy the Australian mall owner Westfield Corp for the price of $15.7 billion. Westfield, which owns 35 shopping centers in the U.S., is just the latest company impacted by the changing world of retail.
