Report: Smugglers Have Helped Many ISIS Fighters Escape Across Syria-Turkey Border

U.S. officials suggest most ISIS fighters died on the battlefield in Iraq and Syria. But smugglers tell a different story. According to a new report, they say they have helped a steady stream of ISIS fighters sneak into Turkey over the last year.
