EPA Moves To Weaken Vehicle Emissions Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency is setting up a legal battle with California over a key part of former President Obama's legacy on climate change. On Monday the EPA moved to weaken new fuel efficiency standards for cars and trucks. California officials and environmental groups have said they'll fight to preserve the stricter rules.
