Russia Says It Wants To Be Part Of Investigation Into Ex-Spy Poisoning

Russia has called an emergency meeting of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons on Wednesday at The Hague to discuss the poisoning of a former Russian spy and his daughter in the U.K. last month. Russian authorities want to be part of a joint investigation into that attack.
