NTSB Points To 'Metal Fatigue' In Engine Failure Of Southwest Plane

A team of investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have been sent to Philadelphia to figure out why an engine on a Southwest plane, a Boeing 737, blew apart in midair, shattering a window and nearly sucking a passenger outside. That passenger later died.
