NTSB Points To 'Metal Fatigue' In Engine Failure Of Southwest Plane
ResumeA team of investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have been sent to Philadelphia to figure out why an engine on a Southwest plane, a Boeing 737, blew apart in midair, shattering a window and nearly sucking a passenger outside. That passenger later died.
