Germany's Christian Democratic Union Set To Vote On Merkel's Successor

Germany's largest political party, the Christian Democratic Union, votes this week on a new leader to replace Angela Merkel. The German chancellor said earlier this fall she would not run for the post again, effectively marking the end of her political career.
