French President Macron Concedes To Yellow Vest Protesters

French President Emmanuel Macron said Monday he was "partly responsible" for the unrest in his country over the last three weeks. But Macron also blamed longstanding "malaise" for the working-class anger behind the yellow vest protests and said France "must tackle the question of immigration."
