Arrested Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn had been celebrated for bringing Nissan back from the brink of collapse, and for shaking up Japan's hidebound corporate culture. But industry insiders say Ghosn fell because of an internal coup, ousted by managers who want to "re-Japanize" the company. NPR international correspondent Anthony Kuhn (@akuhnNPRnews) reports.
