On Feb. 27, the House Armed Services Committee will hear why President Trump is pushing to ban transgender troops from serving openly in the military. Alivia Stehlik, a transgender Army captain, will testify. She spoke with KUNC's Michael de Yoanna (@mdy1) about why she believes transgender troops should be allowed to serve.
