British Parliament Approves Plan To Delay Exit From European Union

British Prime Minister Theresa May will spend the weekend trying to sell her Brexit plan to members of Parliament. On Thursday, British lawmakers voted to delay the U.K.'s scheduled departure from the EU on March 29.
