Hundreds of people are under quarantine Friday on the Los Angeles campuses of two top universities after they came into contact with people infected with measles. Also, groups begin investing in 2020 campaign ads on social media. And, Saudi Arabia executed 37 people earlier this week in what Amnesty International is calling a "shocking execution spree."
