Japan will mark something it hasn't seen in more than two centuries this week: the abdication of a monarch. Emperor Akihito, 85, will step down and his son Naruhito will succeed him. Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd talks with NPR international correspondent Anthony Kuhn (@akuhnNPRnews).
