Tropical Storm Barry is inching closer to Louisiana and heavy, unrelenting rain is a main concern going into the weekend. We check in with meteorologist Jeff Huffman. Also, Richmond, Virginia, has seen a 17 percent bump in transit ridership in the year since it debuted a new bus rapid transit system called GRTC Pulse.
