The U.S. economy added 164,000 jobs in July, but that was overshadowed by President Trump's announcement that he would be placing new tariffs on $300 billion worth of Chinese goods. And, President Trump held a rally in front of a huge crowd of supporters in Cincinnati on Thursday night.
