Going Green In The Kitchen; Wyoming Buffalo Restoration

Here & Now's resident chef Kathy Gunst's resolution for 2020 is to reduce plastic and overall waste in the kitchen. She joins us with some items that can help other cooks who might want to do the same. Also, for over a century, there was no buffalo herd for the Northern Arapaho tribe in Wyoming.
