Florida Republican Sen. Rick Scott is urging people to stop going to the beach amid the coronavirus outbreak. Scott is in self quarantine after being in the same room as Brazil's press secretary, who tested positive for the virus. And, the SAT and ACT have canceled testing dates amid the coronavirus outbreak.
