Putin Says COVID-19 Is 'Under Control' In Russia

In Russia, which is a country of more than 145 million people, less than 500 coronavirus infections have been reported.

President Vladimir Putin said last week the situation is under control. But in a tweet Monday, the mayor of Moscow ordered everyone over the age of 65 to stay home.
