Warehouse workers are calling on Amazon to do more to defend against the spread of coronavirus after the company confirmed its first case of COVID-19 at a warehouse in Queens, New York last week. Meanwhile, a surge in delivery orders from customers in self-isolation has led to weeks-long delays for some items.
