According to Barron's, it's small banks — not big multinationals — that have handed out most of the credit to business owners trying to get a lifeline through the federal government's Paycheck Protection Program.

We hear from some bank employees to understand how their jobs have changed as they rushed to get emergency loans to small businesses in need. WBUR reporter Adrian Ma (@ManyAdrians) has the story.
