SCOTUS Preserves Protections For Immigrants, Against Trump Administration's Attempts To End DACA

The Supreme Court Thursday upheld former President Obama's protections against deportation for some immigrants brought into the country as young people. The Trump administration had sought to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, but a five to four majority of the court ruled that move was "arbitrary and capricious."
