Rural Kentucky Official Gets Called Out On Dismissive Racism Facebook Post

Discussions about racism and police brutality have occurred in nearly every corner of the U.S. since the killing of George Floyd. That includes the rural Appalachian town of Whitesburg in Kentucky.

There was an outcry in Whitesburg after a judge-executive posted on Facebook that there's no racism in his county and that Black Lives Matter was "a nonsense issue."
