Postmaster General Louis DeJoy is back on Capitol Hill, testifying before a House panel on Monday after his testimony on Friday in the Senate.

DeJoy has faced sharp criticism after enacting a number of operational changes at the U.S. Postal Service, months before an election that's likely to feature a surge in mail-in ballots because of the pandemic.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd speaks with NPR congressional reporter Claudia Grisales.

This segment aired on August 24, 2020.
