Biden Administration Questions U.S.-Taliban Deal Given Ongoing Violence In Afghanistan

U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is participating in a two-day video conference with NATO defense ministers, and one of the major agenda items is Afghanistan.

Under the deal the Trump administration signed with the Taliban, all U.S. troops are due to withdraw from the country this spring but there are questions about whether the Taliban has met the condition for that pullout to occur.
