Four countries, including Russia, expected to reach Ukraine grain export agreement

Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the U.N. are expected to sign a grain agreement to re-open the export routes in the Black Sea. The U.S. says it expects Russia to uphold its end of the deal and stop weaponizing food. Moscow denies that charge.
