What's going on inside YouTube? A lot of people have asked that question for a lot of different reasons — parents concerned about what their kids are watching, artists whose livelihoods depend on the company's ad policies and secretive algorithms, and everyone who's seen the havoc wrought by conspiracy theories or worse, propagated online.
